Who uses storage facilities?
Anyone who needs more room at their home or business, people in transition, contractors, distributors, deejays, deployed military, etc.- Storage is often used for items such as holiday decorations, camping and fishing equipment, seasonal furniture, sports equipment, boats, cars, and just about anything that you may not have room for at your home or office.

Does your staff keep a copy of the key to my storage unit?
We do not keep copies of keys for household users. For businesses, we will accept deliveries on their behalf, if requested. Only then would we keep a copy of a customer’s key. For your convenience, we sell high security locks in our office. However, you can bring your own lock if you already have one.

Do your employees move my items in for me?
As a SELF STORAGE facility, you move your items in and lock your unit. Then only you and other people you have authorized will have access to your storage space.

How can I pay my monthly rent?
Your rent will be due on the first day of each month. You may pay in person by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or money order. If you choose, we can automatically charge your credit card each month at no additional charge. We also accept credit card payments by phone for current customers.

Do you offer discounts?
We offer military, senior, law enforcement and non-profit discounts of 10-15% off the standard monthly rate. Also, if you pay 11 months in advance, the 12th month will be free!

Do you sell moving supplies?
We have several items available in our office- some of which are featured in the “services” section of our website. You can buy 1 box or 100 boxes! We are always adding new items, as our customer’s request them. We can also special order odd-sized boxes and some hard-to-find items ($200 minimum for special orders).

Do you rent trucks?
We do not rent trucks. However, we have a list of local businesses who offer truck rentals available at our office.

Is there anything I can’t store?
Yes. Food, flammables, combustibles, etc, living or dead organisms or creatures, stolen property or anything that violates any laws are prohibited items.

Can I change the size of my space?
Yes. You can transfer to a larger or smaller size at any time, if space is available. Prorated rent would apply from your original space to your new space.
